Executive Coaching
Coaching is a disciplined partnership that unlocks clarity, courage, and purposeful action in leaders. Rooted in International Coaching Federation competencies and shaped by my work with FranklinCovey and the Northern California Educational Leadership Consortium, my approach centers on deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, and a belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and capable. I view coaching as a space where leaders can slow down enough to think strategically, examine assumptions, and align their values with their decisions. It is not about giving answers, but about elevating awareness and supporting leaders in making intentional, high-impact choices.
My coaching is especially attuned to the complexities of leadership in education and mission-driven organizations, where competing priorities, accountability pressures, and human-centered challenges intersect daily. Drawing on my experience in MTSS implementation, systems change, and leadership development, I help leaders move from reactive problem-solving to coherent, sustainable action. Whether supporting school administrators, district leaders, or executives, I focus on strengthening decision-making, building aligned systems, and fostering cultures where people can thrive. The result is leadership that is not only more effective, but more grounded, adaptive, and aligned to purpose.
