LCAP Support

Kevin provides support to school districts in developing clear, compliant, and strategic Local Control and Accountability Plans (LCAPs). With seven years of hands-on experience, he bring a comprehensive understanding of the LCAP process from multiple perspectives. As a former superintendent, he led the development and implementation of district LCAPs, aligning resources, goals, and stakeholder input to drive meaningful outcomes for students. In his role as Director of Continuous Improvement for Tehama County, he supported numerous districts in crafting their LCAPs, directly authored plans for smaller districts, and reviewed and approved LCAPs to ensure they met state requirements and reflected coherent, impactful strategies.
