Personal Profile

Kevin's professional experience in education spans over 40 years. During this time positions served include: Elementary Teacher (grades 1, 3, 4, 5), Elementary Assistance Principal, Elementary Principal, Middle School Principal, Superintendent/Principal, Count Director of Continuous Improvement. Since retiring in 2025 he has remained engaged in the educational world serving as a consultant supporting schools working on continuous improvement initiatives, an executive coach for educational leaders/teams, and a director of the executive coaching pathway for the 21CSLA's Northern California regional academy (NorCal ELC).

Key areas of focus include providing support in MTSS, systems thinking, continuous improvement for teams, leadership team development, social/emotional learning, neuroscience principles, supporting the development of positive conditions for learning, and LCAP development.

Specialized certifications include: Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation/FranklinCovey), Continuous Improvement Certification (Coaching Collective), 7 Habits Organizational Trainer (FranklinCovey).
